Overwhelming…the word of the week…

I don’t know about you, but by the end of the week I’m pretty tired of hearing about how bad things are and all the terrible things people do to each other. It can be overwhelming…if you let it.

I’m thankful that each week I can look back and see all the good things people are doing. Now THAT can be overwhelming. 

People of all ages and backgrounds, ethnicities and beliefs are helping to change the life of another person or a family on the other side of the world….in Kenya!  They are willing to use their hard-earned money to save a life or make someone’s life better.

If you’re reading this…. That’s YOU! I am overwhelmed by you and what you do! 

Your generosity, the words of encouragement and prayers you send to the person you’re supporting, and by coming back time after time to help someone else in need….well, it’s just overwhelming.

Often it brings tears to my eyes to know people’s lives are being changed…saved…made better…thanks to you. I’m always grateful for your support and overwhelmed by your great generosity.
